GBQuality service for a quality product. We received our first mattress a few week ago and unfortunately it was flawed. After contacting the sleep shop and sending in pictures of the mattress, it was quickly resolved. We received another mattress the following week and we are very happy with the expedient service. We have purchased all of our mattresses at the sleep shop. Knowing our whole family is sleeping on a non-toxic and very well made mattress is rest assured!! Thanks to the whole team!!!! Jennifer

GBAbsolutely the best mattress shopping … Absolutely the best mattress shopping experience. We had been putting it off, mainly because I hated the last several mattress shopping experiences. This was 180 degrees opposite that. Friendly and knew everything about the mattresses. Didn't try to push one or another on us. We ended up buying two right away (had only planned to get one) and then ordered another online.

GBGreat Experience! We walked in and had to wait only a few minutes while the associate finished up with another customer. We took that time to look around- we told the associate we were looking for a mattress for our 3 year old boy and she told us exactly which one to get based on his age, gender, and how long we plan to keep it. It wasn't the most expensive mattress either so I didn't feel like I was just being sold it to make commissions. Delivery was scheduled the same week and it was all seamless. Great experience and will definitely be going back for other mattress needs!

I have purchased many mattresses from Quality Sleep Shop and I recently called on a Wednesday morning to have a full mattress delivered at their earliest convenience. GBI love my new bed I love my new bed. A previous poor bed purchase was the catalyst for shopping at Quality Sleep Shop. They gave lots of information onthings t consider when purchasing a bed. They let me spend lots of time lying around checking out the beds. In all a great experience.
