Impressive service This is my third order from MoYu. On the second order I had ordered some puzzles that were out of stock. I was quickly contacted by Ms. Sophia. She explained the situation and offered a refund or store credit. I chose refund and had my money returned the next day. Ms. Sophia was so professional and polite. The Model kits are very worth I ordered 2 model kits so far. The model kits are nicely organized even with 700+ pieces. I ordered the harder difficulty ones, but that just adds to the challenge. It's cool how they give everything in a yellow plastic toolbox that you can keep using after you're finished. Their customer service is pretty responsive and I get help pretty quick when I have trouble with a certain step while building. You really get what you pay for.

Scam I purchased their Chinese dragon in November 2023 and never received it, and they don't respond when contacted. scam! scam! scam!

Awesome models and customer service! I have always had a great experience with MoYustore when buying models. For the first time recently I had an item ship which was missing a few small parts. I emailed them and they replaced them right away, free of charge. Great prices, amazing models and great customer service. The anglerfish and praying mantis now sit on my desk at work and they look awesome!
