Got here quickly, well made product Once shipped it got here really fast. I opted to have my jewelery engraved and it still shipped in a reasonable amount of time. My only complaint is that the pendant is quite heavy which is something I'm personally sensitive to, but that's more of a me issue than that of the company or product, as it's a very beautiful and well made necklace.

It’s a beautiful necklace but engraving is not centered on pendant It’s a beautiful necklace, I really do love it. I had “dad”engraved onto the necklace and the engraving is done nicely. But the engraving is not centered? It’s off to one side of the heart. I’m a bit confused why they wouldn’t center it but other then that it’s nice

From the time I first spoke to Max… From the time I first spoke to Max during the turbulent time of loosing my husband, he made me feel so much better about what I had to do to purchase the urn and get through the initial days. I will never forget his kind voice on the other end of the phone and how he guided me through it. The urn arrived exactly when I needed it. And since then the small urns I have purchased have been really good quality and arrives in a timely manner. Thank you so much to Max and all the folks at Oaktree!! I also want to add, the first time I called was at night. He answered the phone and was my guardian angel. It means so much to a heartbroken, desperate person to have someone answer the phone and talk them through one of the worst times in your life.

The container and the concept is… The container and the concept is beautiful, but for what I paid, I Can hardly read the engraving. It’s tiny and it’s stacked, instead of going across the large wooded area. Very disappointing.
