Great subscription box for kids My 9yo son loves the crunch labs boxes. He puts them together as soon as they arrive and we’ve both been really impressed with all of the builds. They are challenging enough without being too difficult that he needs help. I appreciate their efforts towards sustainability as well. Would definitely recommend!

We paid $300 for a subscription and… We paid $300 for a subscription and when we got the first box it wasn't even taped. We were missing 7 pieces We called and they sent an email how to get replacement parts but the submit button will not work. It's Saturday customer service is closed until Monday, and my son is so disappointed he cannot do this. I'm pretty mad. I understand accidents happen but this is our first box, to me this could have been prevented. Am I going to have to go through this every month?!?! I really would rather have my money back.

Deceptive practices designed to deceive My wife ordered a box as a gift for a young man who was absolutely thrilled to receive it. They’re very cool. However after pausing the subscription by cancelling “auto renewal” it turns out that doesn’t cancel the next box, no that cancels the box 7 boxes from now. For a company that wants to teach kids about engineering maybe you could teach yourselves a bit about engineering a user experience. And to top of it all off, the response of the customer service team? Sorry, tough luck. Cool toys. Couldn’t recommend the company.

CrunchLabs kits are thoughtful, educational and fun! The Crunch Labs kits are thoughtful, well-executed builds which my son throughly enjoys. We experienced two problems (sent a duplicate build and received an empty kit); however, the CrunchLabs team quickly remedied the problem each time. They took the time to explain what may have happened and how they plan to fix similar problems in the future. The CrunchLabs build kits and their team are highly recommended.

Dealing with Crunch Labs has been a… Dealing with Crunch Labs has been a first class experience from the beginning. Last treat I created an account so my nine year old grandchild could do interactive science/engineering activities in a monthly basis. We have been so impressed we can’t wait to re-up when our year is up. My grandchild looks so forward to these “monthly” adventures. Thank you so much!
