Inspiring and trustworthy Crunch Labs have been totally awesome. We recently moved, and they were very proactive about making sure our boxes continued to make it to us, even when it took me a long time to reply. The products are also wonderful and educational. They have inspired a great interest and confidence in engineering in our child. We love Mark Rober and his team.

Honest review from a real parent We are on our second year of Crunchlabs and they just keep getting worse. I have an 11 year old boy that loves science. I love that he does learn a new principle each time on the video. The projects though are cheap materials, rarely line up as they should and don't actually function well. A ball shooter that on the video goes across the room will in reality go a few feet. A northern lights projector in reality doesn't turn well and needs to be a few feet from the wall in a completely dark room. I expected better from a famed engineer who is putting his name on these products.

CrunchLabs staff are truly outstanding. CrunchLabs staff are truly wonderful answering questions in a most timely manner politely and thoroughly. It is such a positive experience. My 14 years old grandson looks forward to getting his CrunchLabs build every month. Mark Robber's videos are phenomenal. Phat Gus will live in infamy. :)

CrunchLabs is awesome CrunchLabs is awesome! My son really enjoyed the builds and the products are quite educational. We had to contact customer service to correct our subscription option and the gentleman was very friendly, professional, and quick to address my request. Thank you very much!

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. The April box has been at the mail carrier for 2 weeks, clearly lost. First time I reached out to customer service was day 6 and customer serbice got back saying to wait till day 7 and they would check the status and follow back up. Day 8 I reached out askimg for an update as the box was still stuck at the post office on the tracking number. No response. Day 13 I reached out again as it still is lost asking for them to help resolve and no response. Honestly, glad the year subscripription is almost over so I can cut ties with this company. Too bad Mark Rober put his name on this and doesn't know or care what a sh!t show it has become.
