Great trike, fantastic company I bought a smartrike back in 2015 for my eldest daughter and it was a great purchase. It eventually evolved into a trike she could ride on her own and she got a lot of use out of it until sadly, she outgrew it. We put it away and saved it in hope that one day she'd have a sibling to pass it down to. 9 years later the day finally came and we got it out for our 16-month-old, only to find that we had lost a small part that fixes the front wheel in place to give the adult control of the steering. After some searching online, I was able to contact the company and request the part. To my dismay, that trike is no longer being made and it seemed we wouldn't be able to use it. However after some back-and-forth with customer support, lo and behold, the customer support representative, Mace, was able to locate a part in a warehouse in Europe. Mace was kind, reassuring and persistent with his search and kept in touch along the way to let me know I wasn't forgotten. Many years have passed since that purchace, but I can assure you that the trike is in great condition still and the after sales customer support team is fantastic. Definitely worth supporting this company. I am beyond pleased and encourage anyone interested in buying a trike, to buy from them.

We love our tricycle We love our tricycle, our daughter rides it every day, sleeps in it and it's very comfortable. It is easy to assemble, small for storage, and light to carry when traveling. Very practical. We had one minor issue with canopy and it was easily solved with help from customer service. Definitely recommend buying their tricycle.

Amazing customer service! Absolutely amazing service recently received from this company. After an airline lost the front wheel of our STR3 trike and refused to do anything about it, smarTrike stepped up and sent out a brand new wheel with no hassle. This was phenomenal customer service to receive after receiving such poor customer service from the airline! Thank you, smarTrike (and to you, too, Rory!)

Excellent Customer Support During the recent purchase of a trike, I found myself in need of assistance to untangle a situation of my own making. Frankly, in this era of online shopping, I’ve found my experiences with customer service conducted through emails to be quite mediocre. This was NOT the case with smarTrike. Ira from customer support was awesome! He went above and beyond to fix my problem in a truly professional and courteous manner. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this company again.

Don’t waste your money!! Got the smar trike splash in purple and can honestly say it’s the worst toy I’ve ever bought my daughter. The steering for this trike is absolutely shocking, the foot rests are too far back so she cannot comfortably have her feet on them and the peddles do not close once open which means my daughters feet twist with the front wheel every time it moves. Do not recommend at all, total waste of money!!
