Great customer service and warehouse team ! Purchased Cybex Priam Stroller back in January. Recently got a carry cot, but unfortunately it didn’t match our stroller, so we sent it back. Accidentally, sent a safety bumper bar from the stroller with the carry cot 🤦‍♀️. Was worried that it will get lost or re-sold with it. Called and wrote an email to Albee’s customer service , within a few days they found my return and sent me back the bumper bar!!! Whole time customer service’s communication was awesome!
