Buyer Beware!! I was not warned before placing the order that the items would be sent from Italy and a Customs Charge would be levied. I have had to pay £54.95. I was informed by Parcel Force that I could refuse the parcel which would then be sent back. Atellani told me they would not make a refund of £231.00 which I paid. ‘Buyer Beware’ the costumer protection we have in U K does not apply when dealing with foreign companies. I successfully returned an item to Stella Mc Cartney, Italy. All credit to them. A reputable company.
