GBChange of heart The items I ordered were out of stock and the company offered me a replacement (at the same price point), however, when the replacements arrived they were 1/3 the size of the original product (3.5" birthday button originally ordered, received a 1" birthday button replacement) and one was broken. Although it is against their policy the company did refund my purchase. I appreciate the communication regarding the out of stock items and the offer to replace what I ordered with the other items. I also appreciate the company refunding my money for the items that I felt were not equivalent in value.

GBI am having an MS Dance Fundraiser &… I am having an MS Dance Fundraiser & out of 36 orange camo hats they sent me 17. I was told my remaining hats are in transit,called again they are lost & sold out.. Never received an email on status. I had to call on status everytime.. you will not be recommended

GBI needed to purchase hats for a… I needed to purchase hats for a wedding. I procrastinated but still had a few weeks before the event. The ordering was fast, once I read some negative reviews I did panic and touch base after ordering. My order was complete and came in about 1.5 weeks. Friendly experience.
