GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service! I was informed one item I picked out was out of stock and they told me I could pick something else out around the same price. I told them what I’d like instead (it was a couple dollars more) and without any hesitation, they replaced it with the new item. They also kept me posted with tracking and shipment updates throughout. The quality of the clothes was good and the outfits are adorable!

GBPlaced my order back in October for… Placed my order back in October for dearest friends newborn. Some items in my order not available. First delivery was not until December and the second order was not until January. For me this was unacceptable as there is a high probability the baby will have outgrown anything 0-3 months. A delivery that takes 2 to 2.5 months for delivery does not work for me. The clothes were cute online but fulfillment was inadequate.

GBFinal follow up (July 15) After filing with the BBB, they refunded my money. Buyer Beware! Cute clothes that you'll pay for and never receive! My only regret is that I didnt check out the reviews before purchasing. I ordered 2 outfits for my granddaughter this past April. It is now into mid June and I still havent received them. She is now going to be too big soon to even fit into them assuming they still come. No response or resolution through phone or email contact. I'm out my money. Lenny Lemons lack of any resolution make them a fraudulent company! Frustrated grandma in Virginia

GBCustomer service can't be bothered to do their job These low ratings are completely justified. I got clothes for my daughter as a gift, and most of my order came in more than a month ago, save for one piece. Instead of tracing my order like every other retailer does as best practice, they want ME to chase down the gift items and photo the pieces I wasn't missing so that they can chase down the one that was. They're too lazy to address the problem of their own creation, instead they want to distract me with meaningless busy work. I've requested a refund, I'll write a follow-up review on that experience if it runs similar to this one.
