In all fairness In all fairness, a follow up to the review about the wrong order. After many phone calls both to Zooscape and to Walmart, and NEVER GETTING AN EMAIL OR CALL BACK FROM ZOOSCAPE, on my doorstep about a week ago was a box from Zooscape with a complimentary jar of the product I never received. Walmart did finally refund my money. Thanks for the complimentary jar of product, but you never returned any of my communication. I did go online to try to order the product again directly from Zooscape, I got a message that the site was not secure. Common sense told me not to place an order with Zooscape and I never again want to deal with Walmart. Score 0 for both.

Find another Vendor - HORRIBLE - Unacceptable!!! Simply took my $$$!!! - they refuse to respond to both email and voice messages 1 Business day to ship is what they advertise - STRICTLY LIES - waited 10 Biz days then began reaching out to these losers - absolutely NOTHING - Zero communication - Zero tracking data - ZERO PRODUCT - 15 BUSINESS DAYS still NOTHING - Isn't this called Mail order FRAUD? I have been ordering Chicory root 450… I have been ordering Chicory root 450 mg. for quite a while through Walmart. I am completely satisfied, the order comes to me in the correct amount of time, usually 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. The chicory root helps greatly with my inflamation... I have rheumatoid arthritis. Thank you for your great service and great product !

poor customer service I ordered an item in early September. They immediately charged my credit card, but nothing arrived for over a month. When I attempted to reach their customer service center by phone, nobody answered so I left several messages. I did get a call back on my answering machine saying my item would be shipped "soon." My item finally arrived in late October. I will not be placing any more orders with this company.
