GBIn all fairness In all fairness, a follow up to the review about the wrong order. After many phone calls both to Zooscape and to Walmart, and NEVER GETTING AN EMAIL OR CALL BACK FROM ZOOSCAPE, on my doorstep about a week ago was a box from Zooscape with a complimentary jar of the product I never received. Walmart did finally refund my money. Thanks for the complimentary jar of product, but you never returned any of my communication. I did go online to try to order the product again directly from Zooscape, I got a message that the site was not secure. Common sense told me not to place an order with Zooscape and I never again want to deal with Walmart. Score 0 for both.

EGzooscape is a cheating site I was searching in amazon.com for glucosamine and found what i searched for a canadian brand called webber naturals but amazon puts it on external link so i said no problem amazon is perfect and it shoudnot put any cheating site but sadly this is what happened.... I ordered 3 pack of glucosamine and deducted 136 us dollars and all ok and zooscape send me 2 automated emails ..... and shhhhhhhhhhh no more order were placed at 7 july 2013 and i emailed them and nothing happen even no automated email called them 2 times and ansering machine reply to leave your name and tel and i did and nothing at all so finally iam now sure that ZOOSCAPE IS A fraud cheating site i hoped to read this site before ordering but sadly that were happened thank you trustpilot that allow me tell people and warn them from such sites thanks again abdallah youssef

GBJust a damn scammmm taking people money… Just a damn scammmm taking people money I'm furious angry I've ordered 4 items checked on my delivery in email and says its DELIVERED but where's my stuff I reached out to company still no response Like give me my money back or give me the items I paid for really

GBThe company made good on their promises So initially I was very frustrated with them after not receiving my order for clavo huska which was placed on amazon.com. tracking said that it was in shipping with the USPS, but I couldn't get any straight answer as to when I could expect the delivery. I reached out to the company a couple times and voiced my concern. A few days later I received a courtesy reship from the company with the two bottles I had originally ordered. Although I was initially frustrated they went ahead and made it right despite it being the fault of the US postal system. This is my fourth order from them and I will continue to order with them in the future.

GBpoor customer service I ordered an item in early September. They immediately charged my credit card, but nothing arrived for over a month. When I attempted to reach their customer service center by phone, nobody answered so I left several messages. I did get a call back on my answering machine saying my item would be shipped "soon." My item finally arrived in late October. I will not be placing any more orders with this company.
