They will send you a horrible itchy not… They will send you a horrible itchy not at all plush teddy bear that shedds it's nasty hair all over the place. Called to complain and they said they'll gladly send me a new one, it never came and that phone number got disconnected.

Are they still in business? Placed order on Dec 12th 2014, got expected delivery date of 12/16. Since Dec 12th, no communication and no product and no Christmas. I have sent emails, left phone messages, nothing. Not sure if they are still in business other than to take your money. I’ll have to go to my credit card for my refund.

3 months later...No bear....No response! I’m not a huge fan of posting reviews but I feel that this is my last resort for a resolution. I had placed my order for a bear on April 26th. It is now July 13th. I’ve called, left messages, and emailed multiple times with no response. At this point in time I just want my $126.00 back. The sad part is I’ve used this company multiple times in the past 4 years and I’ve always had a good experience with them. I’m super disappointed and will not be a returning customer after this experience.

And the only way to file for a refund is by calling them? Is this entire company just 1 person? It would make a lot more sense and I'd be a little more understanding if that were the case

Never received my item! I am completely dissatisfied! I have never received my item and have called the company numerous times and only receive a Machine to leave a message! My calls are not returned and this was a Christmas present for my daughter! I could have chosen other sites to purchase my stuffed animal from and I wish I had! Dissatisfied does not begin to explain how I feel I can't be satisfied or dissatisfied when I've never even received the item that I have paid for!
