Site not updating me on my order Site not updating me on my order, neither by email or am I receiving an email reply. I am from the UK and Ive ordered this for a friend in the US, and I'm worried I've been scammed because the bear I ordered has now been removed from the available to buy list.

Never got order & it was THE one from Santa Guess they don't read info provided on their order form at all. One extremely disappointed child and very upset parent at Christmas this year. I even called customer support and they were closed during peak season and did NOT return call!!!

Never received . . . or mailed for that matter. My teenage son purchased a bear on Dec. 16 for his girlfriend for Christmas. A shipping label was printed and it indicates it should be delivered the 18th. Like so many other complaints, his bear was not received. The tracking number indicates that it was not shipped. Spent my afternoon trying to get answers from them and the post office. What are the chances it will come tomorrow? The woman at the call center was nasty and continued to repeat that she had nothing to do with Big Plush. She could just relay the message. Numerous messages were left, no response. Makes me mad because we are local. Could have driven there to pick it up today if someone would have let me know what was going on. Very disappointed. Tracking # 9405 5159 0148 4987 0285 17

3 months later...No bear....No response! I’m not a huge fan of posting reviews but I feel that this is my last resort for a resolution. I had placed my order for a bear on April 26th. It is now July 13th. I’ve called, left messages, and emailed multiple times with no response. At this point in time I just want my $126.00 back. The sad part is I’ve used this company multiple times in the past 4 years and I’ve always had a good experience with them. I’m super disappointed and will not be a returning customer after this experience.

I wish I had come across this site BEFORE… UPDATE 12/7/22 I received contact from the owner. Will wait to see if order ships as promised for another update. I wish I had come across this site before I purchased! My money was deducted immediately and the order status change to "awaiting fulfillment" immediately. I have tried emailing and calling and no one will contact me back. Today, two numbers that I found are not going through. I purchased through PayPal and plan to submit a FRAUD claim and hope to recoup my money back. I plan to broadcast this site on FaceBook as well since that is where I saw the ad initially. Should have known better.
