GB5 Stars! I was a bit worried when I first learned that the supplier did not give nor send physical or mobile tickets. I had to pick them up at the venue based on trust that only the day before the concert would I receive a text or phone call from someone telling me where to go to get the tickets on the day of the show. I was not feeling great about it, but, it went seamlessly. They did everything the way they said they would. It was PERFECT! Highly recommend based on my experience!

GBA Definite 5-Star Experience To be honest, I was sorta nervous ordering and paying for tickets online that I wasn’t going to receive until a week before the performance. HOWEVER, I have been extremely pleased that everything went EXACTLY as I was told it would. I would definitely recommend Bigstub to anyone having the opportunity to work with them.

GBI had a great time at the event I had a great time at the event, but I feel like fees and extras should be included in the original price of the ticket. Also, the amount of fees charged is absolutely ridiculous.
