The ticket experience was good The ticket experience was good. However the fees are way too much. We paid 30% of the total ticket price in fees. I also wish there was an app or a way to save the tickets to a phone’s wallet instead of having to go to a browser. If there hadn’t been a good phone signal it would’ve been complicated.

All around good experience Tickets seemed to be a little less expensive than other sites and the purchase of the tickets was flawless. I will definitely use them again.

It takes a village Being computer illiterate, I’m almost 80, I had some difficulty downloading my tickets. The lady on the “chat” feature, Deni, helped me through the process. She was even able to set up my account for me in the AXS System. I got my tickets and thoroughly enjoyed the rodeo.

Well worth the cost and would do it again. Never purchased concert tickets before and coming to their website I checked BBB and saw good reviews. Being a 3rd party seller, I knew it would cost more but willing since it was for Queen and Adam Lambert. Definitely wanted to make sure to get those tickets. When they say you will be at the choice you make or better, it was way better and worth the cost. Went from nose bleed section our choice to side view in a great section. No issue with downloading the tickets and had them 5 days before concert.
