I had a fine experience using SeatGeek… I had a fine experience using SeatGeek for U2 @ the Sphere in Las Vegas. The seats were excellent and the base price was reasonable. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I would have given a 5-star rating but felt the add-on fees were exorbitant. The fees were ridiculous. They worked out to 43% of the base price. Kind of a rip off.

Simple & Affordable way to make amazing mems Was a great way to purchase tickets we wouldn’t have been able to afford otherwise. We saw Caitlin Clark make basketball history! #gohawks

Love the tool Hate the Business Love the tool. Hate the company. The price comparison in each section is amazing. But I doubt I will ever use them again to buy or sell tickets. You have to fight for returns if things go south. The automation in play to "assist" customer service doesn't work. Broken links get sent to your email. The account recovery system rivals recovering an apple ID.... It's sad. These guys used to be the last ticket vendor you'd ever need. Damn shame what they've turned into.

Less expensive and more seating than the Theatre. It was less expensive and more seats were avaiable than the theatre that had the show. Also, Seatgeek was reachable when I had a problem bringing up the tickets on my wife's phone.
