CAFirst time user First time we used seat geek was a little nervous at first but we had no problems with using for our tickets we would definitely use it again

GBEverything worked as it should Everything worked as it should. Only with there was a filter for handicap accessible tickets. I go to shows with one person in a wheelchair. I usually end up going to Ticketmaster for these

GBLove the tool Hate the Business Love the tool. Hate the company. The price comparison in each section is amazing. But I doubt I will ever use them again to buy or sell tickets. You have to fight for returns if things go south. The automation in play to "assist" customer service doesn't work. Broken links get sent to your email. The account recovery system rivals recovering an apple ID.... It's sad. These guys used to be the last ticket vendor you'd ever need. Damn shame what they've turned into.
