Website was easy to use Website was easy to use. I selected print at home option for tickets and that experience was also very easy.

You can trust this company. The tickets showed up clearly on phone and got me into the concert. That's all that matters. I was not comfortable not having a printed ticket until this event. Etix set my mind at ease.

I'd give etix a rating of zero if only… I'd give etix a rating of zero if only possible. What a horrible website; it runs you in circles and you can never actually get to a page to pay for the tickets you've selected.
