GBCustomer Service I would prefer that when I talk with customer service that I could use my loyalty points, as opposed to just when I place an online order. Being able to work with someone who is knowledgeable is part of the reason that I like to call Ace Ticket in the first place.

GBTickets weren’t sent Tickets weren’t sent! Had to go to will pick up an hour early and never sent! On phone twice at will call with nothing but frustration and waiting til 10 minutes prior to show time! Finally received two tickets from Ticketmaster with a response we will not charge you for handling fees! Poor business, should have got some refund for frustration alone excluding the inconvenience! Never again! Poor representation!

GBI have been a customer for many years… I have been a customer for many years now - I tell lots of people how great Ace Ticket is to deal with. I have never had a problem with actually receiving the tickets - I have never heard of anyone else having problems with receiving tickets purchased on this site.
