GBI have been a customer for many years… I have been a customer for many years now - I tell lots of people how great Ace Ticket is to deal with. I have never had a problem with actually receiving the tickets - I have never heard of anyone else having problems with receiving tickets purchased on this site.

GBEasy to choose games Easy to choose games, and sections of the ballpark. Would suggest providing seat number assignments before you order, reason, have a friend who can only sit in the first seat, gets anxious otherwise, so hard to order tickets for them when not sure of the seat placement.

GBLearning the ropes Website was pretty clear and easy to use. It would have been improved by explaining how the tickets would be transferred via Ticketmaster. My first time using a ticket recycler, I was used to buying concert tix from the venue's websites. But I made it OK, tix also now in AppleWallet which is convenient.
