Absolute fee robbery While I really enjoyed the game I attended, the add on administrative costs, $70 per ticket in my case x 3, is absolute robbery and not at all a fair value for the seller or the buyer. I would feel totally good about a 5-10% fee, but 40%?! How is this sh** even legal. Live events fees are reaching abusive levels and something needs to change.

The seats were as advertised but the… The seats were as advertised but the costs added over and above the $400+ base price of the ticket were just egregious. Online sellers have got to be reigned in and it would be nice if Vivid seats was leading the change.

AJR - Maybe Man - Definitely Fantastic!!! Amazing concert! Fantastic music! Incredibly talented performers! The brothers identified and connected with their audience. They gave it everything. They were grateful and powerful and simply amazing! Their sound and visuals were awesome! A really high level of production. Also, such a positive message. Their music- with the story they told along the way- made it such a fantastic experience. (The opening act was also great! Excellent performance. Touching, yet fun. Talented.) But AJR is incredible!!! The brothers are so very talented… And really great people, and that comes across. Also, it was truly inspiring to share such an experience with so many different types of people. Could not have had a more wonderful, energizing and FUN concert experience - with great music! Fantastic! Such talent!!!

Absolute GARBAGE COMPANY!! Absolute GARBAGE COMPANY!!! Say away from VividSeats at all costs. They are a predatory ticket scalping site that puts all of the responsibility on other companies & the buyer themselves. I spent over $1k for tickets to event & had to sell them not long after buying them. The company basically told me that I have to wait 4 months to get my money back & that it is my responsibility to get the tickets to the new buyer. The tickets will not even be delivered to me until the day before the event, so now I have 1 DAY to get these tickets to that buyers. This place should not be in business & should be shut down immediately.

I purchased tickets 4/28/24 and paid… I purchased tickets 4/28/24 and paid for instant transfer. They sent me 1 email saying my order was placed, then another email labeled "immediate action required" That said my order was confirmed and tickets delivered. This email told me any 3 of these other REAL TICKET COMPANIES will send me the actual tickets and I would have to sign up and make another account with them. Right then I knew this was a BS company. So 3 days pass and I don't receive my "instant delivery" tickets I paid for and I decide to cancel. I call and they refuse to give a refund because transaction has already been confirmed on their end. They still have 19 days to resell these tickets but they want to help me resell them so they can double down on fees on some BS tickets WHO KNOWS IF THEY EVEN EXIST?!?! GTFOH This company can go smoke a D
