PERFECT EXPERIENCE IN ATLETICO MADRID - LAZIO I bought two tickets for the match Atletico Madrid - Lazio on 12.13.2023 and I received it by e-mail a few hours later. The next day we scanned the QR code at the turnstile at the stadium and enjoyed the game! the only negative point the fees too high.

If there was just a bit more…interaction If there was just a bit more interaction between ordering and receiving tickets.Ordered my tickets around November for a Christmas present match was on 31 January.There were no updates and tickets only came day before.Now that I have used the site and know how it works I wouldn't be as nervous and would be happy to recommend.Will be ordering tickets for future matches from this site.

Bad service, bad customer support, ridiculous post-service Purchased 3 tickets for a Match in several months in advanced (Electronic tickets). After delivery dates passed off ( very same match day) they cannot provide the tickets or any alternative. According to their terms & conditions: "... a refund up to a maximum of [120%] of the ticket price of each ticket not delivered." They do not want to compensate anything and offered a 5% discount coupon (it is ridiculous) in addition to the refund. Already responded to their mails so hope they agree to accomplish their own terms & conditions, otherwise, we will try to go through legal procedures
