Bad service, bad customer support, ridiculous post-service Purchased 3 tickets for a Match in several months in advanced (Electronic tickets). After delivery dates passed off ( very same match day) they cannot provide the tickets or any alternative. According to their terms & conditions: "... a refund up to a maximum of [120%] of the ticket price of each ticket not delivered." They do not want to compensate anything and offered a 5% discount coupon (it is ridiculous) in addition to the refund. Already responded to their mails so hope they agree to accomplish their own terms & conditions, otherwise, we will try to go through legal procedures

Football tickets Speed of tickets to arrive was great, although the codes to scan did not work at the match turnstile so we then had to queue to get paper version but all in all an enjoyable day.
