GBGreat customer service So through the gametime app I somehow accidentally purchased 6 tickets on the wrong date. I initially chatted with someone who said I’d have my money credited back within 24 hours, I gave it 48 hours and didn’t see my money. I reached out again and was out in contact with Desa in customer service. She was able to get me a full return outside of the 24 hour policy, she was great and very helpful and without her I might have lost one thousand dollars. So thank you Desa!! I hope this review finds you, you’re the best!

GBIt is a scam It is a scam, I bought 2 tickets for an event, I received some tickets for another area that was not what I bought. and when I called them they told me that it was a problem with the system that they can only give me a credit of $200 with that I did not buy even a quarter of a ticket for that event and all this just 1 month from the event when the tickets are already sold out in that area. They do not insure your ticket. Do not buy here. You buy a ticket in one area and they send you another one. SCAM PAGE

GBGametime Unauthorized Purchase Scam I received an unsolicited text and email on 02/10/2024 from Gametime telling me that I had just received two tickets to the Golden State Warriors vs. Phoenix Suns NBA basketball game at Chase Center. The tickets were $200 each for 100 level tickets (would typically go for well over $600 each). I had never heard of Gametime before so assumed it was a scam based on the price and the fact I was out of town. Sure enough a charge of $400 shows up on my credit card statement which I immediately flagged as fraudulent and was issued a new card. After investigation both Chase and Gametime are refusing to refund the fraudulent charge. Again, never heard of Gametime or downloaded their app.

GBGood Customer Service! The seats that I originally purchased ended up not being available from the seller for some reason. But GameTime came through and gave me a 130% credit which enabled me to purchase some good seats and left me with some credit to use towards my next purchase!

GBthe seller backed out on us on gameday… the seller backed out on us on gameday on tickets I had bought months before for a steelers game. Gametime replaced our tickets with an upgrade to club level seats at no extra cost. Gametime staff kept me in the know until new tickets were issued. Great experience by the gamete staff.
