Amazing! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Park Prodigy! We have used them to help plan several Disney trips, and they are always amazing. From their assistance with park passes, hotel stays, dining, and ride suggestions, they are so knowledgeable and helpful and go above and beyond to make sure we have an incredible trip. The team was super responsive and went beyond our expectations as they provided customized plan and kept in touch throughout the journey. When there was a small error in room booking, they offered us free credit right away. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to book your Universal or Disney vacation.
