Recommend 100% I was a bit hesitant to use a travel agency/planner, but Fatima and team made the experience seamless. Fast, seamless customer service with awesome early access benefits! While researching how to get early access to Universal without staying at the parks hotels, I came across Park Prodigy. The ease of use and fast customer service provided a seamless experience similar to buying from Universal directly, but with little cheaper price, early access and they even saw there was a deal for the same price as my tickets I bought so they added that to my benefit. Will use again for all my universal needs.
