AUScepticism to happy reality We were sceptical about whether we'd actually receive our tickets when we used eticketing website to get tickets for the Rugby World Cup Final., so were thrilled when they arrived quickly. We then just had to find somewhere in Paris to print them out....and what great tickets we had too, so close to the action. We were very happy we had used eticketing.

GBAwful experience with this company Awful experience with this company. Coming from the United States and purchased these tickets many months in advanced. I purchased the highest tier possible and the tickets that were delivered had obstructed views. It was clear this ticket broker forgot or possibly doesn’t have the connections to secure great seats in France. Also appeared as though he forgot as I had to inquire several times if my tickets would be delivered. I have been to the greatest sporting venues in the world and have never experienced worse service or value for the money.

GBTickets arrived on time Tickets emailed to me on a Thursday for a Rugby World Cup game in France on the Sunday. The Chat Bot was informative and the email and text service informing me my tickets were on their way helped - text was useful to let me know to watch out for the tickets falling into the spam box, which they did not.

IEGreat ticket but customer experience can be improved The ticket I ended up getting was fantastic. Great seat in the middle of the pitch only a few metres from the touch line. The entire experience was a bit stressful as I was travelling to France and had to buy a flight and booked an hotel without having a ticket. I only received the ticket 24 hours before the game which added to the stress level. To improve customer experience it would be great if the ticket was delivered on purchase rather then a day before the game.

AUTickets arrived as promised 3 days… Tickets arrived as promised 3 days before the game. Seats were very good. Everything was straightforward and any questions were answered fairly quickly. I would definitely get tickets again.
