Great ticket but customer experience can be improved The ticket I ended up getting was fantastic. Great seat in the middle of the pitch only a few metres from the touch line. The entire experience was a bit stressful as I was travelling to France and had to buy a flight and booked an hotel without having a ticket. I only received the ticket 24 hours before the game which added to the stress level. To improve customer experience it would be great if the ticket was delivered on purchase rather then a day before the game.

We decided to go to the Rugby World Cup… We decided to go to the Rugby World Cup Final 5 days before the game. I was so nervous as there are so many ticket scams out there. I did my research and felt semi ok buying them from eticketing.co. 2 days later I got the tickets which was a relief but I still wasn't sure they were legit. I was nervous right up to the time we scanned them at the gate but was relieved when they worked! Sure, the tickets are more than the face value and the handling fee is hefty, but that's the price you pay for trying to buy tickets last minute. I will definitely be using eticketing again in the future.

Very professional service Very professional service. Bought tickets to the rugby world cup final a week before the game. Naturally was anxious about arrival in time and had to make travel requirements. I contacted the company the day after buying the tickets and within a few hour's they had come back to me reassuring tickets would arrive in time. They then had the decency to call me on the day they were arriving by email and said to call or message if they didn't arrive that day or any issues. Tickets worked fine at the stadium printed off and got to fulfil a lifetime experience. Would highly recommend.

Awful experience with this company Awful experience with this company. Coming from the United States and purchased these tickets many months in advanced. I purchased the highest tier possible and the tickets that were delivered had obstructed views. It was clear this ticket broker forgot or possibly doesn’t have the connections to secure great seats in France. Also appeared as though he forgot as I had to inquire several times if my tickets would be delivered. I have been to the greatest sporting venues in the world and have never experienced worse service or value for the money.
