GBNot a user-friendly service for people outside of the US I tried to join the waitlist for ticket sales but couldn't get past entering my (UK) phone number as I just got a generic, unhelpful error message. The FAQ page didn't answer the problem and I'm unwilling to fill in a long customer service form. I'm assuming UK phone numbers aren't recognised despite the system allowing you to select your country. I work in content design and this is such a basic fix. Allow different phone number formats, tell your users what the error is instead of leading them to a long FAQ page, and don't force them to fill in lots of details on a form to get an answer. You've lost a potential customer very quickly.

GBEasy and Convenient I was very happy to receive advance notice about tickets going on sale for an artist I'm interested in. It made it a lot easier than having to constantly be checking the artist's website or what was happening in local venues. They also made it easy to sign up to be on the Artist Presale list. I suspect I'll go see more music as a result and not just regret having not gone when I find out too late that I missed out on tickets.

GBThanks to their text notifications, I got early tickets! I got a text notification about my favorite band headlining a festival this fall in my state and i got tickets purchased within minutes. If I wasn’t signed up for texts from Seated, I honestly wouldn’t have known in time to get any. And this is a huge deal because this band literally never comes here so I’m pretty excited!
