A company and staff who cares about customers and their pets The person, Kayla, who assisted me, was extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly. She was able to answer all of my questions and went an additional step which, to me, was quite a surprise. Due to a previous experience, I had questions about the company's dry food for dogs and she offered to send me a little sample in my next order to try before I committed to a full bag. This kind offer is indicative of a company who cares about its clients!

I had a ton of questions that she patiently answered and even when I was unable to purchase at that time, she remained very kind, offered me suggestions, was not pushy and just an overall sweat person.
