There was some misunderstanding regarding the s&h but after talking to Roxanne, she went above and beyond to make sure she expedited the parcel and my Church was able to open on time because of her sending the order next day. GBAs of tomorrow it will be a week past… As of tomorrow it will be a week past the estimated delivery date and there is still no word from the the transfer company on when they will be delivered. Epic may want to consider using someone else or coming up with a better way to forecast the ETA.

GBBest pricing, attractive, and durable I ordered 6' distance markers, which were the nicest design I could find on line. They also included the masking requirement, which is impossible to find. They arrived quickly, were the BEST price I could find (and I do A LOT of research), and seem as if they're durable enough to suit our outdoor spaces. I'll be ordering more for other areas of our campus.

GBI ordered stanchions for our business I ordered stanchions for our business . Within minutes of my purchase Roxanne reached out to let me know the stanchions were on back order and to offer other products to suit my needs. I informed Roxanne I would prefer to wait for them to come in, she told me she would keep me posted as to when they are available and shipped. GBI work at a historic building that… I work at a historic building that hosts weddings and lectures. We needed a stanchion and rope to compliment our beautiful, historic ballroom. I was worried about color differences w. online purchase, so i sent a picture of our space and the Epic team made an excellent recommendation of colors for the space. I gave a 4 instead of a 5 because the first rope was not sewn properly. However, they did send me another one with minimal hassle. The team members were very responsive via email.
