CASomething for Everyone There are routines for all levels from Beginner to Seasoned Vet. Dean talks you through the poses...what you should be feeling, what muscles should be activated, what to avoid. I've been working through the routines for about 8 months and my flexibility, stability and overall well being have really improved.

GBManFlowYoga-strength yoga for guys I started with MFY during the pandemic and haven’t looked back. Dean has hundreds and hundreds of workouts that are searchable depending on what you most need. I quickly recovered from a hip replacement and my PT is convinced my recovery was hastened by my commitment to MFY. I have recommended ManFlowYoga not just to friends but also to students (I teach business) because Dean clearly understands what it means to focus on your customer.

GBMan Flow Yoga is simply THE BEST Man Flow Yoga is simply THE BEST. I signed up for a trial with them, and I was blown away. I never thought I would like yoga at all, but I needed to get moving and wanted to start getting my weight down, get stronger, make sure my flexibility and balance stay good, etc. So I tried it. And I never left. First, MFY trials give you access to all of the MFY content (aside from the premium new Engage program). TONS of of fantastic programs/workouts, podcasts, etc. There is something there for everyone. Even though MFY is aimed at men primarily, it is great for EVERYONE. It's meant for real people, too. You don't have to be a gym rat or Mr. America to make a go of this. You can start wherever you are, whatever your health status. So you can sign up for a trial and try out other things to get a sense of what it is all about. Be forewarned, though, because you are probably never going to leave. If you are like many of is, you are likely to wind up signing up for the lifetime membership. It is ABSOLUTELY worth it. I lost weight. I got stronger. I sleep better. I have FAR less pain in my hips, back and neck. Like virtually note now, after years of chronic pain. More energy. I recently had surgery and now I am using MFY programs to rehab. At 60 years old, I have flexibility, balance, strength and stamina I NEVER had before, even in my twenties as a bodybuilder. And it is the only thing I have every stuck with. I LOVE it. Let's talk about the MFY community, too. You will not find a more supportive and encouraging community. People help each other. Between the programs and the community, there are so many incredible resources to help you hit your goals and improve your health, mental status, etc. I have now added gym time to my fitness and general health activities, and MFY made that possible for me. MFY also has great swag and gear. :) You really need to check it out. For a few bucks you can get a serious trial, not some stupid thing that doesn't really show you what the program does. MFY will not nickel and dime you to death. Dean and his team are honest, ethical, upfront, and just wonderful to...er... Engage...with. Seriously, you owe it to yourself to check it out. And, no, I did not get compensated for this review. MFY is truly that awesome. I'm a Lifer and recommend MFY to anyone who will still hold long enough.
