No sneaky fees! All the fees are upfront, which is great (not that I like the fees). On some other sites, the price "looks" cheaper, but during the check-out process all the exorbitant charges are added. Often times this makes the total transaction more expensive. I ordered tickets I ordered tickets, sent you an air-bill because you requested an air-bill. You shipped me e-tickets. Why wouldn't you email the tickets vs shipping them? Nothing more unprofessional then shipping a client e-tickets.
