Still waiting for my Tickets! I ordered my tickets on Thursday Feb 19th at 0930am. Here it is Feb 21st at 700pm and I am still waiting delivery of my E Tickets that was suppose to be a birthday present for my nephew. His birthday is today and I don't have any tickets to show him just a confirmation that I bought them. Try explaining this to a 8 year old! Don't undestand why I am waiting so long for E Tickets, I should have been able to print them sooner than this! Oh, by the way you took my money on Thursday to purchase the tickets!

AWESOME!!!!! I have not ordered tickets online too often, but their site made it easy. I was a bit annoyed when they had to talk to me before my order went through, but I do understand they were just double checking identity and there is NOTHING wrong with that.

Good experience Tickets were available as discussed. I found they were more costly than tickets purchased by others sitting next to us.

Repeat customer I have purchased tickets over ten times from Prominent Tickets and have had excellent service everytime. Jennifer has been my go to agent and she always finds me a great price on JETS and METS Tickets and most importantly Jen returns phones calls immediately. Prices are competitive to all other "big name " online sites. Having a store front is also a great feature as you can actually speak to someone with questions or concerns. I have and will continue to recommend Prominent tickets to family and friends.

Soso I enjoyed the ease of ordering the tickets however I did not enjoy the $55 charge for ordering from this site. I honestly would not use this service again solely on the service fee, I will just go to the box office to get my tickets next time.
