AWESOME!!!!! I have not ordered tickets online too often, but their site made it easy. I was a bit annoyed when they had to talk to me before my order went through, but I do understand they were just double checking identity and there is NOTHING wrong with that.

GREAT EXPERIENCE I WAS LOOKING FOR SOME INDIANA UNIVERSITY BASKETBALL TICKETS. THEY WERE SOLD OUT ON THE INDIANA ATHLETICS WEBPAGE. I GOT PRINT AT HOME TICKETS VIA PROMINENT WHICH WAS GREAT AND A PARKING PASS ARRIVED VIA FED-EX IN 2 DAYS. PROMINENT FOLLOWED UP VIA E-MAIL AND PHONE TO MAKE SURE I RECEIVED EVERYTHING. EASY PROCESS, GREAT SERVICE, LOVE THE WALK IN STORE FRONT IN GLEN ROCK.

great experience they are always helpful when I call or go there in person..great experience and help when I order tickets/parking passes . and the pick up instore is convinent.

No sneaky fees! All the fees are upfront, which is great (not that I like the fees). On some other sites, the price "looks" cheaper, but during the check-out process all the exorbitant charges are added. Often times this makes the total transaction more expensive. The service is excellent and this is the second time I have used Prominent and will do it again. Thanks!

Handling Fee? I was happy with the service but am not really sure why there needs to be a $20.00 per ticket service and handling fee. That seems a little steep, it is bad enough that I am sitting far away from the stage, but now have additional fees. UGH
