Great service! Website is easy to use. Pick up in Glen Rock is so quick and easy and better yet, free! Employees are always friendly and ready to help (in person or over the phone) if there are any questions or concerns. I've never had a problem using prominent.

It's not my first purchase and I have always been happy with my results this far! They answer calls they are curtious informative and patient! I've purchased tickets to several events in different venues and I've been satisfied with my results!! Repeat customer I have purchased tickets over ten times from Prominent Tickets and have had excellent service everytime. Jennifer has been my go to agent and she always finds me a great price on JETS and METS Tickets and most importantly Jen returns phones calls immediately. Prices are competitive to all other "big name " online sites. Having a store front is also a great feature as you can actually speak to someone with questions or concerns. I have and will continue to recommend Prominent tickets to family and friends.

Handling Fee? I was happy with the service but am not really sure why there needs to be a $20.00 per ticket service and handling fee. That seems a little steep, it is bad enough that I am sitting far away from the stage, but now have additional fees. UGH
