GBBUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased the 360 spinabooth and before I could even book an appointment the unit stopped spinning. Contacted customer service thinking since it was under warranty it would be a quick fix, and they tell me they will send me the little white box that seems to be the issue with alot of these "new" machine and then schedule a zoom call with a "tech" to show ME how to fix it!!! It's been over 6 months and I am still dealing with this and no-one can help or assist with some sort of refund. Not to mention they had me pay for additional shipping of $299 to send it back to them since the little white box they sent me 4 times to install myself did not fix the problem...this was 12.12.22 and 2 more months later they still have it and I can't get anyone to return my calls or emails

GBI ordered from spinabooth.com on May… I ordered from spinabooth.com on May 11th it is now May 26th and have not received a tracking number. The website says my order has not shipped. I contacted customer service on May 23rd and they told me my order shipped through DHL but their tracking system is down and to call back I’ve been calling for 3 days and no direct answer. When I call they place me on a very long hold and never return to the phone. I may lose money, I have an event in a week but no product! This is rip-off! PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

CAI loved the product from the get-go I loved the product from the get-go. It just arrived a day later than expected but I was always kept in the loop by the company. Will definitely recommend their product and service!
