GBI have been emailing and calling now… I have been emailing and calling now for 30 days. The same customer service person answers, only telling me he will send it to the technical team and they take 3-5 days to return an email. In which, they need a video to see the problem but still no solution. I'm literally almost at the verge of having to close my business down because of having to cancel contracting and not being able serve customers. This is truly ridiculous, if you can't guarantee the machine will work or even be able to fix customers problems in a timely manner please just shut down.

GBWireless don’t work Ordered a wireless photobooth a few months ago, randomly stopped working without cord so it’s no longer wireless and has to be plugged up in order to work.
