Unhelpful and no refunds Purchased tickets for the Australian Open. Both myself and my partner caught Covid and were unable to use the tickets due to isolation. Australian Open has a clear COVID policy that if you’re unable to attend due to isolation, you receive a full refund. - We contacted Australian open and ticketmaster - stated they would be able to process the refund but only to the initial buyer (tennis tours) as we had received a forwarded ticket - Subsequently contacted tennis tours via phone - they denied having any direct involvement in the sales of Australian Open tickets (despite advertising on their website and us having purchased from them). They stated they do not directly purchase the tickets and so would be unable to apply for the refund. All in all a very disappointing experience, not to mention the $50 USD transaction fee on purchase. Would avoid this broker.

In August 2020 I ordered ticket to Wimbledon 2021 through this company. I paid the full price and got confirmation of my order and payment. At this point the service was excellent. This ticket is a present for my husband’s 60th birthday Unfortunately, he was recently diagnosed with gastric adenocarcinoma which has an extremely poor prognosis.We will therefore be unable to travel to the tournament.Since April 2021 I have been appealing to customer service and Mike Bernstein, president of this company and to Chris Bumford, VP of Operations. I have called customer service several times and sent messages as well with no reply. When I ordered this ticket I paid service fees and now I am unable to resolve this problem. I would appreciate your help in dealing with this unfortunate situation
