Fake sign up bonus and even worst customer service Signed up because of the $50 bonus installed several other games emailed customer service multiple times always got to run around and never received the bonus. And if and when I ever got a response from customer service it was always the same run around. If I could give them a negative five stars I would.

WITH NO REASON AT ALL!!!! they just kept declining my redemption and ghosted me!!! When I told them I wanted my account closed and refunds since they refused to pay me my winnings they said I should have been more respectful and still refused.
