Always a smile in Always a Smile out I like going to Majestic because of the smiles you receive when boarding and the smiles you receive when leaving, you can't be in a bad mood. Seema like you always see someone you know as this casino was one of the first around. Says a lot that people keep going back. I have never had to wait for anything, change, slot attendents, hosts, change at booth or a jackpot payout. Good service, always pleasant. I think the music played here is one of the reasons why, it's always upbeat. I would like to win more like everyone does but you do leave with a goodbye and a smile.

Great Employees Make 4 A Winning day you asked for my opinion as it regards to the steakhouse at Majestic Star Casino....The entire staff is so friendly and engaging...Josh Bishop runs the steakhouse...he is so friendly and helpful with his entire staff making sure the flow in the dining room is smooth...the wait staff is so friendly and knowlegable as it pertains to the menu and what is good for the evening or not so good...the chef is engaging with the customers when time allows...the entire experience makes the steakhouse an integral part oft the overall gaming experience at the Majestic Star Casino....in a nutshell this steakhouse is a destination a person would choose even if they were not going to the casino...5 stars for quality of food and service....

Typical Casino A handful of friendly employees made the experience better but the overall feel was a typical casino...doesn't stand out from the rest. Offers are poor and keep declining despite increasing losses from each visit. Only the steakhouse has edible food that doesn't make your body suffer after you eat it. Cleanliness and air quality are below average and the casino floor looks very dated. An overhaul of the property and marketing campaigns needs to happen quickly or revenue will continue to shift to the competitors.

Cardiovascular Workout The main issue I have had with my last few visits are the elevators being out for months (Not Weeks). Scraping the back of my legs walking down the stairs. Machine buttons often not working. The environment has poor ventilation so your breathing in dangerous second-hand smoke. Other than these issues I make the best of each visit and usually enjoy the evening.

Caught my Star at Majestic Star Casino! I've been to plenty of casinos and the loosest slots are truly at Majestic Star Casino. I get more play for my dollar there and I enjoy the casino staff. Everyone is so friendly and full of energy there. The atmosphere is very laid back and I feel comfortable that I will receive the service that I may need. I often tell others to come to Majestic Star Casino.
