Typical Casino A handful of friendly employees made the experience better but the overall feel was a typical casino...doesn't stand out from the rest. Offers are poor and keep declining despite increasing losses from each visit. Only the steakhouse has edible food that doesn't make your body suffer after you eat it. Cleanliness and air quality are below average and the casino floor looks very dated. An overhaul of the property and marketing campaigns needs to happen quickly or revenue will continue to shift to the competitors.

So close to home! Great Food and Always a winning time. My mother and I often visit the buffet. Never have had a problem. All the employees are so nice and courteous. We look forward to eating there. There is always such a nice variety of food, always hot and good. And a good assortment of desserts. Always end up with an ice cream cone!

Slots a Lot I am a slot and video poker player, while the Majestic does have a good amount of new exciting games, they tend to be extremely low reward for the amount of play. Video poker is same old as other casinos no double up options allowed here, the new rewards program not so great as the prior one but hey something is better then nothing. food is good except at wing and things take a pass.. issues with slot help, slow not, enough people on the floors. great new valet parking. Promotions are getting better.

Always a smile in Always a Smile out I like going to Majestic because of the smiles you receive when boarding and the smiles you receive when leaving, you can't be in a bad mood. Seema like you always see someone you know as this casino was one of the first around. Says a lot that people keep going back. I have never had to wait for anything, change, slot attendents, hosts, change at booth or a jackpot payout. Good service, always pleasant. I think the music played here is one of the reasons why, it's always upbeat. I would like to win more like everyone does but you do leave with a goodbye and a smile.

SLOTS DONT PAY OFF ENOUGH Loosen the Slots your not paying that much anyway your machines dont have that big of a payoff for a jack pot. announce when someone wins a jackpot we as players like to here it. change the buffet its been the same food for ever it seems try hamburgers or something like that bottom line listen to your PLAYERS were not happy we wont come there. it seems like you cleaned the place up but when you cant win it just doesnt help
