Horrible Hosting site have had nothing… Horrible Hosting site have had nothing but issues so far. The Dns has not been working for days so I cannot access the admin console, we are trying to change the game mode to hard and some other things like mods to add but cannot. One of the reasons I went with this server hosting was because they insured incidents like this don't happen, also on their website they say they have expert live chat support. This is not the case tried to get some help from an "agent" was met with a pretty bad help menu as no agents were active so I was asked to send an email which I did, I still haven't heard back after 2 for the email either. Not sure if the people working just up and left or what but pretty annoyed, considering I spent $60 for this month.

don't be scared to get help. they can ACTUALLY help. Brian helped me address a slight error in my installation of Modpack into my server. less than 10 min and he had it working flawlessly. polite and quick to respond. very happy with the customer service at simple gaming host!

Customer Support Experience I was helped both today and yesterday but a guy name Brian as his Minecraft name is YooooBrian. He was such a patient and reassuring guy, doing his best to make sure that my game was up and running correctly as requested. He even went above and beyond helping me with all the questions I had about mods, providing me with relevant resources. Overall a very pleasant experience where great customer service and understanding were shown toward my issues. Thank you again SimpleGameHosting and all its employees!

No matter the problem they help Doesnt matter what kind of problems I had the support replied quickly and did their work very fast. I can actually recommend them.
