I didn’t think this would work in our… I didn’t think this would work in our remote hamlet as I thought GPS signal would be an issue. However, it’s great, I can find the cat within about 10 feet and the virtual fence is great too. App is really easy to use. You have to make sure you manage battery power so I use live tracking just to get cat in at night.

Customer service and Tracktive care Small brackets on the Tracktive tracker broke off. After communication via website, a replacement was sent at only shipping costs (tractive Care). Everything is easy to arrange via the website if only takes a few minutes.

Not only is it reassuring to quickly… Not only is it reassuring to quickly access the app and find out where my cat is but it's interesting to follow his movements and get to know his regular places he visits. And when the rubber mount casing developed a tear it was easy to email them and renewed free of charge swiftly.

Terrible product, scammy business Terrible product. Lacks GPS precision (off by hundreds of meters), the tiny, squeaky sound that's supposed to help locate the tracker is so weak that any physical object will block it. Our tracker disappeared in an area with lots of roots, when it fell off our cat there. We couldn't locate it by sound or visual inspection and had to give up. Now, over a year and a half since the tracker was last active, and after I cancelled the subscription, Tractive has helped themselves to about 200 dollars from my account. What a rip-off.
