Several pieces are falling apart… Several of the individual puzzle pieces are falling apart into layers! It looks like the glue is not holding them together. The puzzle was shipped to me in Canada from the UK but since its arrival it has not been exposed to extremes in temperature or humidity. I am going to try to glue the pieces back together. I have several puzzles bought from second-hand stores which I suppose have been around for decades and never have I encountered this problem before.

I have been purchasing from… I have been purchasing from Alljigsawpuzzles for the past 4 years and they are incredible. Any and every time there is a need or problem, they assist you without question. I use, assemble and frame each and every personalized picture puzzle that I have purchased from them. Which to date is (estimated) 50 puzzles.

Wish there were more new Jumbos to buy The choice of product. We only buy Jumbo - Wasgij and Jan Van Hasterren - puzzles. Wish they could offer more but am delighted and buy all the new ones we don't have when offered. We literally almost never do any puzzles other than these. The delivery to the States has improved greatly. The shipping packaging has always been intact to protect the contents.

Would have been an ideal experience… Would have been an ideal experience without it being stuck for 2 weeks in shipping. Love the artwork and the recipient enjoyed it. And Customer Service was responsive and helpful. But would suggest they monitor parcels to ensure packages aren’t getting stuck, especially international shipments. Had I not reached out, this gift killer would still be at Langley/Heathrow. It only started moving until customer service looked into it.
