DEVery late delivery and poor communication I bought this as a birthday gift. I ordered it 1 week before the birthday and it arrived almost 2 weeks after their birthday with no communication in between. I was very disappointed.

GBNot worth the money if you have kids Update: Changed from 2 stars to 1. After posting my original review the link provided by their response got me in touch with customer service, FINALLY! If I wasn’t disappointed enough at first I really am now. They said no returns or refunds at all. They offered me a 15% discount for another order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT WHY WOULD I ORDER ANOTHER? Horrible customer care/ policies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Original Review: Quality seems good. Customer service is the worst. I’ve emailed multiple times and haven’t heard back. Also tried the live chat- never got an answer when it said connecting to support staff. This product is not practical for a couple with children. The amount of planning then having to get a sitter just to do any challenge is ridiculous. Not worth the money spent.

MXImpossible Shipping and Bad Customer Service Worst shipping experience I’ve ever had. Don’t even bother ordering. They do not ship directly and use a third party which uses “UPS mail innovations” (rated 1 star in Google). My package was delayed and then lost after a month. Their customer service is polite but useless and slow. They re-sent the package and it was lost again and they could not/would not do anything about it. I spent countless hours on the phone with UPS and was unable to get a clear response. Finally ended up getting a full refund 3 months after ordering. JUST BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY.
