Top class support I've dealt with this company for around 10 years and whatever issues i've ever had they have sorted it fast and always been professional. They have sorted everything from me deleting everything on my server by mistake, to billing issues. Are they the cheapest servers around? no, but you don't get this level of support anywhere else and their prices are still reasonable.

Impeccable support! I was interested in playing a modpack with my friends, but I wanted to add other mods together, and I didn't know how to do it. He informed me everything that was necessary, step by step on how to configure the server, with the greatest patience in the world, and finally he even helped me to configure my minecraft.
