GBAustin N. - you're the real MVP I was in the middle of a Minecraft class for 8-11 year olds when one of my students was having a connectivity issue. Austin N. worked with me for an hour troubleshooting things. He was able to work on things while I was still trying to facilitate the class. We finally figured out the issue, and he even helped me address another issue that came up quickly. Austin N. made me feel like my class was a priority to him and that we got it fixed. Incredible customer service!
Don’t want to put name out in the public
GBWoke up to a $70 charge and found out… Woke up to a $70 charge and found out the server I had requested to be taken down months ago wasn’t. I walked in to customer service honestly preparing to have to be THAT customer and was pleasantly surprised when the swiftly and easily refunded the charge. Despite the mixup, the corrected it in a professional manner, and that’s what really matter in my opinion. Their name was Roselynn D.

CABad backups Everything’s great about the server, except making backups. For the cheapest server option, you cannot backup the entire world after a few days because it will be too large for the allowed backup size.

GBgreat customer service I pick a modpack to run it did not work on my system so I suggested a different modpack he told me it be even more ram heavy. so I told him what i was looking for and he found a mod pack that cover everything I was looking for that my system can handle and set up new modpack for me. excellent customer service every time their is a issues on the serves I am running
