Late at night I sent their support address an email, and, much to my surprise, within a matter of minutes, I received a reply from 'Anton', who very politely and accurately solved my problem. There is extra security in place to actually guard the key so it can be refunded if there is no confirmation from the email adress. 10/10 would recommend to buy here

Gameplanet has a very interesting way… Gameplanet has a very interesting way of giving you games on blizzard. Instead of giving you a key they ask for a connection to your account to do it which was a little bit sketchy at first...But rest assured these guys are legit and official (1st time I've ever used them) so in my opinion I'd say trust them :)

I bought a game and after seeing that I couldn't get the code contacted support to change my email. I was ready for the usual two-to-three-day affair where support would take ages to respond and need some obscure account number, but I was surprised when this legend called Craig answered my email within two minutes and instantly solved my problem! overall great experience will definitely use again.

Rapid and Quality Support I purchased AOW 4 from them and then the game turned out to be an absolute mess of crashing to desktop and kernel crashing. I obviously am not going to play the 1 out of 100 games that somehow manages to crash my kernels. Craig from Gamesplanet was incredibly understanding and offered me a refund on the purchase. It was no hassle, he was personable and not some typical support person giving generic responses. I will absolutely be using them in the future.
