Wrong game version bought Bought the standard version of a game and activated it on steam without any issue. Found a few minutes later that to early access the game I had to get the premium version ... Contacted them and they refund me right away and explained me how to permanently delete the previous order from my steam account First order with them but won't be the last, great customer service (thank you Anton)

Amazing customer service I got a voucher to get a free game from this site which I was pleased about because I've used the store before and had a good experience. Twice I've emailed with questions and both times emails were responded to the same evening. Since this didn't involve me giving them money directly I'm honestly impressed by the service I received. I hope these sort of promotions get them decent money from the brands/companies involved.
