First time experience was phenomenal Got a great deal on a AAA game (seriously, 71% off? That's better than most Steam sales nowadays) and when I encountered a hiccup with PayPal, Chris in customer service went out of his way to get it resolved. I'll definitely be buying from Gamesplanet again, I can't believe I hadn't earlier.

Rapid and Quality Support I purchased AOW 4 from them and then the game turned out to be an absolute mess of crashing to desktop and kernel crashing. I obviously am not going to play the 1 out of 100 games that somehow manages to crash my kernels. Craig from Gamesplanet was incredibly understanding and offered me a refund on the purchase. It was no hassle, he was personable and not some typical support person giving generic responses. I will absolutely be using them in the future.

Bought a Devil May Cry 5 Deluxe +… Bought a Devil May Cry 5 Deluxe + Vergil Steam cd key. The key was delivered quickly, and they even have a security system that asks for authorization in case you pay with Paypal, buy the e-mail that you register in the site is different from your Paypal account. Nice addition.

The Fallout Experience Really nice, first time to me buying a steam key outside steam store and really a good experience. I bought Fallout 3 GOTY and Fallout New Vegas Ultimate and no problem. A good quality experience and sure I'll buy more games here.
